This project was an interactive direct mail experience created for Pax8 and Microsoft Dynamics 365, designed to educate recipients on the platform’s benefits while cutting through the noise of traditional B2B marketing.
Rather than relying on static messaging, the mailer transformed complex product features into an engaging, hands-on experience. Through a series of thoughtfully designed puzzles and games, recipients were encouraged to interact with the piece—reinforcing key value propositions of Dynamics 365 in a way that felt memorable, approachable, and human.
The creative approach balanced education and entertainment, making enterprise software feel less intimidating and more accessible. Each interactive element was strategically tied to a specific benefit of Dynamics 365, helping prospects absorb information organically while spending more time with the brand.
This project highlights my ability to concept and execute non-traditional marketing solutions, blending strong visual design, storytelling, and user engagement to elevate B2B communication beyond the expected.
